Framebox

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Framebox services. Framebox is a trading name of PRWN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services

Framebox provides subscription-based creative services including, but not limited to, video editing, graphic design, motion design, and related creative outputs.

Services are provided on a Monday to Friday basis, excluding UK public holidays, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround times are indicative only. Typical delivery is 48 to 72 hours per request, depending on complexity and queue position.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions start with an initial three month minimum term unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

After the initial term, subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

We reserve the right to pause or decline requests that fall outside the reasonable scope of the agreed subscription.

  1. Unlimited Requests Policy

Unlimited requests means you may submit as many requests as you like, but we will work on a limited number of active requests at any one time, depending on your subscription tier.

Requests are handled sequentially. New requests enter the queue once active requests are completed.

  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and all required brand assets.

Delays caused by missing information or feedback may impact delivery times.

You confirm that you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.

  1. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, you are granted full ownership of the final delivered creative assets.

Framebox retains ownership of any working files, templates, and internal processes unless otherwise agreed.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during the course of the engagement.

This obligation survives termination of the subscription.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.

Our total liability under any claim shall be capped at the total fees paid by you in the one month preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if fees remain unpaid or if these Terms are breached.

On termination, access to ongoing work will cease once the notice period ends.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
